Qualifications

• Knowledge of de-escalation strategies and behavior support techniques.
• Ability to assist with reading, writing and mathematics readiness as appropriate.
• Familiarity with basic office software and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplemental practice and reinforce skills under supervision.
• Assist with 1:1 or small group instruction and behavior management.
• Record grades and attendance, maintain logs and paperwork.
• Support students with medically fragile needs as needed.
• Supervise and support safe transitions and student activities.
• Assist with materials setup and classroom organization.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success.
• Deliver respectful, inclusive instruction in line with district policies.
