Join Our Team as a Behavior Health Technician - Part-Time at Aaron Center

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Behavior Health Technician to join Hamidian Training Institute, affiliated with Aaron Center, a leading provider of outpatient mental health services in Scranton, PA.

Position Details

• Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
• Schedule: School day hours, typically 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, with hours subject to change based on client needs
• Work Environment: Community settings and/or office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children is a plus

Essential Functions

• Work with children from 2 to 21 years old
• Provide IBHS services as outlined in the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP)
• Implement therapeutic strategies to meet ITP objectives
• Complete documentation and tracking to meet ITP goals
• Involve and collaborate with parents, guardians, and caregivers
• Participate as part of a treatment team including various stakeholders
• Follow all policies and ethical guidelines
