The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for providing one-to-one services to an identified child/adolescent and family to reduce maladaptive behaviors in the home, school, and community.
Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)
$18+/hour
High School Diploma
One year of full-time experience in providing mental health support services to youth or young adults.
Certification as BCAT (Board Certified Autism Technician Certification).
Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based criminal history clearances; Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.
Additional related experience and/or education may be substituted at the discretion of the Personnel Officer.
