Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home, school, daycare, and community settings.
• Help children build communication, social, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.
• Support positive behavior change using strategies taught through ABA training.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by clinical supervisors.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and treatment team members to support client success.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their support systems.
• Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Travel between client locations throughout the community.

About the Role: As a Behavior Health Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents in community settings. You'll help build communication, social, emotional, and behavioral skills while making a lasting impact on the lives of youth and their families. Compensation: Starting at $18 /hour (based on experience and credentials)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not required
