SUMMARY:

• BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.00 per hour (w2 employment)
• Rate is based on years of related experience
• Clearances are reimbursed after successful hire and billing with your case
• BHT assignments available throughout Lancaster County, PA areas

URGENT NEEDS:

• Gordonville, PA: Monday- Friday 4:30pm-6:30pm; Saturday 10am-2pm
• Lancaster, PA: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-11am
• Lancaster, PA: Monday - Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm
• Lancaster, PA: Monday- Friday 9:45am-3pm
• Lancaster, PA: Monday- Friday 8:45am-3:15pm
• Lititz, PA: Monday- Friday 12:30pm-2:30pm; Saturday 3pm-5pm
• Manheim, PA: Monday- Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
• Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
• Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Experience working with children - preferred

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Human Services FBI – Use code 1KG738
• TB Screening (current within 3 months)
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
