Job summary

Lakeview Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support counselors, nursing staff, and therapy teams across residential and outpatient programs in Northwest Florida. You will establish supportive relationships, assist with daily living activities, and monitor client well-being and progress.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, CPI training, and ability to provide integrated mental health and co-occurring services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass CPI training.
• Provide integrated mental health and co-occurring services as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive helping relationship with clients receiving services.
• Assist clients in activities of daily living and accessing resources.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of clients.
• Implement interventions per the treatment plan.
• Monitor and document client progress.
