UHS is seeking a Mental Health Technician – Tier I to provide direct care and advocacy for behavioral health clients. You will support professional staff by monitoring and assisting with a range of duties, while adhering to compliance policies and participating in required training.
The role emphasizes compassionate care, effective communication, and willingness to be cross-trained to support multiple units as needed within a health system.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mental Health Technician – Tier I provides direct care, monitoring, assistance, and advocacy for behavioral health clients and support to professional staff by performing a wide variety of duties. Performs other duties as assigned.
