Insight Hospital and Medical Center- Chicago is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead the assigned unit, coordinate staffing, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
You will supervise nurses and support staff, manage budgeting, and promote compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a compassionate, collaborative team environment.
The role requires IL RN license, a nursing diploma, and at least 3 years of clinical experience with 1 year in leadership.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
3 Year Of Experience Required
1 year of leadership or management experience required
Licensed as an RN in the State of IL
Previous management experience with minimum of 2 years
