Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; may be substituted with RBT certification.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preparing and conducting trainings and in-services specific to crisis prevention, behavior management and trauma-informed care.
• Work with treatment teams to facilitate discussions of milieu problem-solving and creation and implementation of individual behavior plans.
• Supervise clients in activities in order to observe or effect changes in their social behavior; teach prosocial behaviors and model staff.
• Coordinate behavior plans with interventions developed by the treatment team.
• Provide a consistent and reliable supportive presence and complete crisis intervention documentation.
