Job summary

Lenape Valley Foundation's IBHS team seeks a Behavior Consultant to provide individualized, medically prescribed services in home, school, and community settings for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 3-21) facing behavioral health challenges.

You will design and direct the implementation of treatment plans, supervise Behavioral Health Technicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care across settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or related field is required.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) is preferred.
• Experience with children/adolescents in behavioral health settings (school or community) is desired.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel throughout Upper Bucks County.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direction and supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Conduct sessions in homes, schools, and community environments.

What You Bring
