Job summary

Chimes seeks a Behavior Consultant to develop and oversee implementation of behavior management plans for IBHS clients in Allentown, PA. You will conduct functional behavioral assessments, provide clinical consultation, and deliver mobile services in adherence with licensure standards.

Position is part-time with potential to grow to a full-time caseload; a Masters in psychology, social work, education, or counseling is required, along with relevant child health service experience and required

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling from an accredited program.
• One year of full-time experience in providing mental health services to youth or young adults.
• Licensure/certification preferred but not required.
• Clearances including state child abuse and criminal history checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical service delivery goals aligned with agency policies.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior management plans.
• Provide clinical/mobile services per program descriptions while complying with licensure standards.
• Maintain quality documentation of services and assist with re-authorizations as needed.
• Participate in supervision and program meetings; provide case consultations as required.
