Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical mental health service experience or practicum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct implementation of individualized behavior modification plans.
• Identify goals, techniques, and non-aversive strategies for behavior change.
• Consult with mobile therapists, provide assessment and program design.
• Maintain direct contact with children and families; participate in team meetings.
• Assist in school-related behavioral planning and cross-system collaboration.

Education

PA License as Behavior Specialist

BCBA Certification

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling or related field
