An established industry player in support services is seeking a compassionate Behavior Clinician to join their Habilitative Skill Building team. The Clinician I will serve as a member of the Habilitative Skill Building (HSB) team. Individuals receiving services through the HSB program are usually adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar developmental disabilities and present with significant behavioral challenges. Individuals served may also be part of the Community Protection Program with criminal histories. The Clinician I will run programming in client homes, work with clients in the clinical suite, and facilitate community outings. The Clinician I will operate under the direction of Clinicians II/III and/or the Tacoma Clinical Services Manager to implement programs, education, and staff training as defined by each individual’s support plan.
