Job summary

Dungarvin, a mission-driven provider of supports for adults with developmental disabilities, seeks a Clinician I in Tacoma to join the Adapted Dialectical Behavior Therapy (A-DBT) team.

You will lead 1:1 and group therapy for up to 10 clients, apply Positive Behavior Support, and collaborate with in-home staff and families. Requires HS diploma; Excel/Outlook/OneDrive proficiency; strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with mental health diagnoses required.
• HS diploma or GED required; BA/AA preferred in related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 and group therapy sessions for up to 10 clients.
• Apply Positive Behavior Support to help achieve goals.
• Plan and attend social events for program participants.
• Train and support direct care staff and operations team.
• Work with in-home staff to support individuals in crises.
• Participate in on-call crisis management as needed.
• Write reports and case notes using Therap, Excel, and OneDrive.
• Coordinate with outside providers and families.
