Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. You will work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, implementing tailored ABA plans and collecting progress data.

Roles offer growth through complimentary 40-hour RBT training, flexible scheduling, and a quarterly bonus. Travel may be required; benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
