Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in Kerrville, TX. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under a BCBA, implementing plans and documenting progress.

Training to become an RBT is provided, with potential career growth and local travel as needed. Roles offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with raises, a quarterly bonus, and benefits for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a BA/BS in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to actively engage clients, assist sessions, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record progress data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
