Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is an ABA provider founded in 2007 that helps children with autism thrive at home, in school, and in the community.

We offer mentoring, advancement opportunities, and complimentary training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Roles include a Behavior Assistant and experienced RBTs with flexible, part-time hours and a clear pathway to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed/trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
