Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part‑time roles with growth into full‑time as caseloads expand.

The PBS team offers training (RBT) and a career pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, with local travel where required and a supportive, flexible work environment. Roles include working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs and work sessions with ABA methods.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
