Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBT‑level technicians.

Roles are part‑time with the opportunity to grow into full‑time as caseloads expand, and you can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT. PBS offers a supportive environment with mentoring, a clear career growth pathway from BA to RBT, and benefits for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
