Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles in New Jersey. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and help implement individualized ABA treatment plans.

• High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
• Experience with ABA or related fields is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation for local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
