Job summary

PBS in New Jersey is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary training to become an RBT. Roles involve working with children with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to train to become an RBT through PBS program.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
