Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with a focus on mentoring and advancement through complimentary training to become an RBT.

PBS emphasizes a supportive, flexible, growth-focused environment and training for the future of the field, including opportunities to pursue BCBA aspirations and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related fields a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
