Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring for entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Massachusetts. Roles are part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Training to become an RBT is provided, and a supportive, growth-focused environment is emphasized. We offer flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits for 30+ hours per week, including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, assist with mobility and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or related field a plus.
• Part-time role with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
