Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

We provide complimentary training to become an RBT, support for career advancement, and a friendly, growth-focused environment with flexible scheduling and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
