Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Webster, MA is seeking motivated individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles.

Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering meaningful work with children with autism and opportunities to train toward RBT certification. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology or related field a plus.
• Ability to travel locally if required; reliable transportation.
• Active engagement with clients during sessions; lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
