Job summary

PBS in Bethesda, MD is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBTs on a part-time basis with a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision, and you can enroll in complimentary RBT training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Active engagement with clients, sitting to standing transitions required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
