Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Florida. Part-time roles offer the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS provides complimentary RBT training, mentoring, and pathways to BCBA careers, with a supportive, growth-focused environment. Roles require engagement with children with autism using ABA, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

Formación

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and assist with transfers and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients on the floor and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
