Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join our team in Florida. You’ll work with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision, with a clear path to becoming an RBT.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, paid training, travel reimbursement, and benefits for 30+ hours/week, plus a 401(k) match. Train and grow with PBS as you impact families.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; additional psychology/education background is a plus.
• Experience or exposure to ABA, childcare, education, or related field is beneficial.
• Ability to actively engage with clients during sessions.
• Reliability with transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus!
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs
