Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant roles and experienced RBTs in Florida. Positions are part-time with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand, and training paths to become an RBT are provided.

The team emphasizes a supportive, flexible, and growth‑focused environment with local travel as needed and opportunities to advance through a structured pathway. Local licensure and certifications may apply.

Formación

• High school diploma; bachelor’s in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
