Job summary

PBS (Positive Behavior Supports Corp.) in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part‑time roles with growth to full‑time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision, receive complimentary RBT training, and explore career paths toward BCBA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.

• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
