Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking motivated individuals in Buena Park, CA for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. This part-time opportunity offers growth as caseloads expand and hours increase.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA, while training to become an RBT and advancing along a defined career path in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
