Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants (BA) and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism through ABA-based sessions.

Roles are part-time with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads grow, offering mentorship and a path to RBT certification. Benefitting from complimentary 40-hour RBT training, you may also explore Student Analyst tracks if pursuing BCBA goals, with the company emphasizing a supportive,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
