Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. The team offers training to become an RBT, along with a clear career path from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, with supervision by a BCBA, and opportunities for advancement as PBS expands its services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus for this role.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
