Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Missouri. Part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer mentorship, complimentary 40-hour RBT training, travel reimbursement, competitive pay, holiday pay, and a clear career path from BA to RBT. Roles involve working 1:1 with children using ABA under a BCBA and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; related degrees are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
