Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring both Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Missouri. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with ample training and advancement opportunities within a supportive environment.

Roles include 1:1 work with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Travel locally may be required where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related fields is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus.
• Roles subject to local/state licensure, credentialing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
