Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Tennessee. Part-time positions available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
