Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Tennessee. The team offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance to RBT as caseloads grow.

Training to become an RBT is provided, with potential Student Analyst roles for those pursuing BCBA credentials. Positions support children with autism across home, school and community settings, with bonuses and travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• All roles require local/state licensure/certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
