Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in New Jersey is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles on a part-time basis, with opportunities to grow into full-time.

As a Behavior Assistant, you will receive complimentary RBT training, work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, and participate in a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
