Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in Tennessee. Join a supportive, growth-focused environment with free RBT training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to progress to an RBT role.

Roles include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under supervision, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure progress. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
