Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in South Carolina. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

As a Behavior Assistant or RBT, you will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and participate in training to become an RBT. We provide a supportive, flexible, growth‑oriented environment and complimentary RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA or child-related settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
