Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Selma, CA. Part-time positions may grow to full-time as caseloads expand, with training to become an RBT and potential avenues toward BCBA goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience or comfort with engaging children during sessions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
