Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Texarkana, TX seeks Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Join a supportive ABA team offering complimentary RBT training and a clear path toward certification, helping children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. Roles include 1:1 ABA sessions, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist with up to 50 lbs.
• 1:1 sessions with supervision by a BCBA and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
