Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician roles in Texas. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS provides mentoring, complimentary RBT training, and a structured career pathway in ABA services for children with autism. Roles include data collection, running 1:1 sessions under a BCBA, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage with clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
