Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Texas.

Part-time positions offer growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand, with funded RBT training and mentoring to help you advance in ABA work with children with autism. We provide flexible scheduling, annual raises, and a path from Behavior Assistant to RBT, along with travel reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package for qualifying staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage children during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
