Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Texas. Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Training to become an RBT is offered, with a clear career growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT. Benefits include flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for those averaging 25 hours per week, holiday pay, and paid travel mileage where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
