Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles in Texas. Roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related field degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.
