Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Camden, SC, is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. These part-time roles offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary training to become an RBT.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work with children using ABA under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Benefits include travel reimbursement, paid training, and an established career path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare or education experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
