Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs in New Jersey to support children with autism using ABA strategies.

This part-time role offers a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary 40‑hour RBT training and local travel where required. We provide mentoring, quarterly raises, holiday pay, and a clear career growth path from BA to RBT, plus medical/dental/vision insurance for qualifying hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, meetings and ongoing training.
