Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Paradise, CA is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with potential to move to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision and training to become an RBT. PBS offers flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly $500 bonus for averaging 25 hours per week, holiday pay, paid travel reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Entry-level BA or RBT track requires basic ABA knowledge or willingness to train.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
