Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Part-time roles offer growth opportunities as caseloads expand, with eligibility for full-time status as needed.

PBS provides complimentary 40‑hour RBT training, paid travel, and benefits for eligible staff. Roles require a high school diploma and willingness to travel locally. Training and supervision help you become an RBT and advance in our growing ABA program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and follow ABA strategies.
• Comfort with travel locally if required and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
